The B020-U08-19-IP KVM Switch combines a touchpad, LCD, and keyboard into a single console that takes up just 1U of rack space. The B020-U08-19-IP is accessible from any computer connected to the LAN, WAN, or Internet. It is an option for managing up to eight PCs or servers and is simple to install and operate. You could also use a daisy-chaining to link up to 31 B022-U08 KVM switches, increasing the total number of PCs to 256.

The integrated 19" LCD screen can display videos with up to 1280 x 1024 @ 75 Hz and remote monitors with up to 1600 x 1200 @ 60 Hz. On-console push buttons, an on-screen display (OSD), or keyboard hot key commands make it simple to swap between the eight ports. With any combination of administrators and users, up to 64 users can be authorised. Data and equipment protection is improved by multi-level security.

This switch uses a P778-Series Combo KVM Cable Kit (two cable kits are provided) to control PS/2 or USB PCs/servers. You can connect an external mouse and an external USB 1 via a USB connection on the front of the keyboard. You can add a peripheral that is shared by all connected servers if you have one port. The B020-U08-19-IP pulls out as needed and neatly stores in a rack drawer when not in use. All of the main operating systems are compatible with this KVM console. The B020-U08-19-K has a 19" LCD 8-port Console KVM Switch is the best option for managing several PCs with a single keyboard, mouse, and monitor. In just 1U of rack space, this single unit includes a 19" LCD display, touchpad, keyboard, and 8 port KVM switch. Pulls out when needed, neatly stored on the rack. Additional 16 port KVM switches (type B022-U16) can be daisy-chained to this console to control up to 504 PCs. Using the On-Console push buttons, On Screen Display (OSD), or keyboard hot key commands, switching ports is simple. Eight six-foot combo cable kits are included, enabling connectivity to USB or PS/2 servers without the need for adapters.

An additional HD15, two USB, and two PS/2 ports are provided by the console cable kit, which fits into the port on the back of the device and can be used to connect an external console. A USB 2.0 pass-through port on allows you to connect a USB peripheral, such as a flash drive or CAC card reader, to your computer. Simply connect your device to the USB-A port on the front of the console, and use the included KVM cable kit to connect your server or KVM switch (with USB hub port) to the USBA port on back.

The rear DVI-I console port supports both digital and analog video signals for connecting to a DVI- or VGA-enabled server or KVM switch (a DVI to VGA adapter is included). The LCD screen supports video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 (1080p). Video settings of the connected computer are automatically adjusted for optimal display on the LCD screen. The B021-000-19-HD2 mounts into 1U of space in an EIA-standard 19-inch rack using the included mounting brackets and user-supplied screws. Simply pull out the steel drawer and flip up the screen when needed, then slide it back into the rack in automatic sleep mode when you’re finished. This keeps the keyboard and screen from blocking access to rack equipment when the console is not in use.

This console is compatible with all major operating systems and KVM switches with a VGA or DVI monitor port and USB keyboard/mouse ports.
